Did everyone get the email about the lack of participation for this great event? If you ever wanted to try Time Trialing this is a great event. Great track; safe and simple to learn. Wide lanes and clear sight lines to see what is going on around you. I think this is a better venue to learn than Willows or Streets, and it is close to home! I would hate to see this thing go away for the coming years because of the times.

Forrest is right, it would be a shame to lose one of the handful of events we have in So. Cal., especially the closest one to most of us that also happens to have the best facilities. Note though that new TT'ers need to have a minimum 8 days of AX/QDE/PDS or equivalent (or a recognized credential from an accepted organization) obtained over at least 9 months but no more than 18 months (PM me if you have questions or need clarification).

I would also encourage our instructors who have not signed up: 1) sign up!, or 2) if for whatever reason you aren't signing up, please come on up just to instruct (no cost, of course) and help perpetuate this event in future years by enabling students to be accepted. This helps us out financially for this event and gets someone new involved in the program for the future, especially when they have a great experience and benefit from your excellent instruction. Right now we pretty much have a 1:1 student-instructor ratio and if we get more students we'll need you instructors in order to allow those students to participate. New students note: don't let that stop you from registering; we're not above calling instructors and begging if need be, so we're likely to be able to accept you. Bottom line...everyone sign up now to save this event!!!
