What the heck happened up there??? Was there some alternate universe thing going on??? I guess I can believe Dan A could make the top 10 in the BRI, and I suppose eventually the Dieters car would lose TTOD on a tight track, and I guess I can even imagine Ralph finally beating Steve, but I just can not deal with Curt making the top ten!!! How much did he have to pay the timing crew or was it just a quick switch of transponders or maybe, it was just a one day event for him...

Jad, you only have to pay the guy that posts the data

Hey guys,
How tough would it be to convert the times from total in seconds to real time in minutes and seconds?
In other words, 83.46 seconds equals 1:23.46.
Might be a nice improvement. :)

Tim, that is certainly something we can do. Not that hard either, but I need to find the time to do it. Mike D can also make the changes, Mike, are you up for that?

What do you charge? Lewis charged the Ibbetson's about $.22 for a top time of day. So Curt slip you a $100 to make top ten at a TT

I've got the same problem. I don't know when I'll have the time. But you're right it shouldn't be that difficult of an addition.

I can't reveal the amount, but you can make me an offer! :)

Yes, what the heck did happen there? Look at all those A class boys in there, 7 out of the top 10. I am going to have to make sure I attend the next one in January to help break up the pack  Other than that one water pumper where were the others in the top 10 :o

There has been some correction to the top ten and some overall results in AM.

Let me know if there are any other issues.

Man, that John Payne is my new hero. He shaved like 10 seconds off his first lap times on Sat. to knock Curt out of the top ten and send Dan A. down the final position. Makes all of us waterpumpers proud.

Of course I'm not sure if I can forgive him for knocking me down to 10th spot on the BRI  .

Oh well, good thing I printed out the top 10 list earlier today. :D

I went out on Saturday and ran about twenty 1:30's and ran a single 1:29.6. On Sunday, I ran another fifteen 1:30's including 3 or 4 with an instructors extra weight in my car. Then I went out and ran a 1:30 in timed runs. Now some would say it's good to be consistent, but I wonder how the he11 I didn't learn ANYTHING over 170 miles of track time. A box of rocks could have figured out someplace, somewhere on that track to make an improvement, not me. DUH!!!!!!!!!!

And HOW IN THE WORLD does a GT-3 run in any sort of "stock" class? How about a street 962 on Kumhos, or a street GT-1 on Toyos, would they run in OS or PS, and if so, would they have a more forgiving BRI than my "highly modified"    31 year old 911?

:D

Speaking of 30+ year old cars, and one that is just lightly modified and on street tires(at least in this years rules-Azenias) to place 14th in the BRI is better than I thought. If I could have used my real index FS/S I would have been 6th. Now that would have been fun. Can't wait till January 22-23.

Actually, since only 8 waterpumpers got times, to have 2 in the top ten means a 25% success rate. Not that bad.... 8)
