Nice pics Ted! It was a great day despite some bumps, not all of which were on the course  Thanks to all our volunteers and a special shout out to our timing stand ins and their valiant efforts to work the bugs out. :banghead:

Yes, Ted, nice pictures! And, since I wasn't driving, you managed to get a couple documenting my frustration with the timing system. :banghead:

By the way, folks, Bill and I would like to apologize for the timing system problem. It appears to have been a battery issue on one of the units. Thanks to Steve McKay who has agreed to do some testing to determine whether we have a battery that won't accept a full charge, or a charger that won't charge properly.

We understand the disappointment with the problem. Bill and I are out there at 5:30AM to make sure everything is in place for the first car out by 9AM allowing maximum laps and fun for the day. No one is more disappointed than us AX chairs. But, we are making plans to ensure this doesn't happen again without a backup.

Hey Don, s*** happens. At least it was a nice day with some extra runs on an interesting track.

Here are my shots - sorry it's just two run groups:

You and Bill do an outstanding job. No need to apologize for timing issues. Martin and Tom are both out of town right now and left a huge hole in the timing team. I'm sure things will be back on track for the next go round of AX's as soon as we get our schedule for the second half of the year.

Great job by everyone under adverse conditions.

Thank you!!!!
