Further on in the posted article a commenter says:

If true, perhaps demo won't be happening soon.

That's too bad. one more AX venue going by the wayside. Just like the Q it a matter of time before it's gone, El Toro will be probably happen before the Q. We've been very fortunate to have a run like we've had at the Q. One day we'll be looking for an alternative - real estate rules.

With Lennar in bankruptcy now it will probably slow the process some.(i hope, i hope, i hope)
