914 Fuse block upgrade

I've come up with a very simple and effective way to convert the 914 fuse block to a newer one using ato blade fuses. No more fuses falling on the floor! I want to do an article and need a donor car for the photos. the cost should be less than $50 for the parts

Why would you do that...I always enjoy it when the fuses hit the floor! It keeps me limber.

If you have the original fuse box cover installed the fuses shouldnt fall out when you hit the assembly with your foot.

30 plus years of kicking, leaking seals and corroded terminals make the 914 fuse panel the source of many intermittent electrical gremlins. I have installed no less than 10 of the modern blade type fuse panels and it fixes many anoying 914 traits that we 914 ownerd have learned to live with. it is a madatory upgrade for all but the purist
