I doubt the driver felt anything. The red truck does have its hood lifted from the impact. Any sub compact car would have been compressed the same way. There is something to be said for driving a truck or SUV.

Not sure what it is, but that is not a Smart car in there. Note the 5 lug bolt pattern on the wheel. Smart's have a 3 bolt pattern. Probably just a Photoshop trick...

Good catch Jad. That wasn't a smart car. I did a see picture once of 2 tractor trailers that hit head on. When they pulled them apart there was a VW beetle between them. That was long before Photoshop. After examining the skid marks it looked like the VW caused the accident. High price to pay for stupidity.

Sorry Jad-The competition version of the Smart car (Brembo brakes, ceramic rotors, Bilsteins, etc.) has 5 bolts.

That rim is a standard GM rim, and the trucks are US, so there is really no way that is some competition Smart car on a US highway running GM rims. It is just some joke I am pretty sure. :roll:

We had a Smart car run at our last Camarillo Autocross. It did get a lot of attention, reminding me of the time the Cayanne was still new; some thought it would roll over at the first turn, while others thought it would handle the tight turns better that the full size cars. It did fine, with the typical stock car understeer.
