My street car gets a big-block

3.6 that is.I sold the hot rod 3.0 and bought a 964 motor for my 911SC.I rebuilt it and picked up a set of stainless headers from Jae Lee before installing it.Should be running soon after I build the muffler system. The car will be similar to the brown 911C I sold Tom and Christy.Getting a streetable 911 to run top-ten is the goal.

Dan - Time to step up buddy. Think of it the gulf car with TTOD. You alone on the top step of the podium looking down on your admirers.

Grab that engine now before its too late.

Sorry to say guys the blue car is still in my garage. The words "not for sale" are not in my vocabulary so everything is negotiable.A little heads up though.Erik is racing the 944 spec at POC Laguna event and we wont make the next auto-x.

What muffler setup will you use with that 2 into 1 plumbing shown in the pictures?

The 3" pipe goes in to a 2.5" stainless glasspack muffler. The system is the closest thing to straight pipes I have found.Started the car and drove it on Fri.Should be at dyno in the next couple of weeks. The goal is 290hp to the wheels.

Mmm, mmm, MMMM! That sure looks good. I want to get me one, too!

Now, where'd I leave that bushel of $1000 bills? I know it's lying around the house here somewheres... Maybe I stuffed the dog-bed with all that spare change. BAGUS! Here boy!

Seriously: Mark, what kind of brakes are you going to fit this 2500-lb/300-BHP car with? With that power and weight, you're gonna need to slow things down after the timing lights. :burnout: 964's? 993's? Awe heck: just get the PCCB kit off a GT3 and be done with it.

Peter B? Don't you have to mow the lawn or something on the day of the ax??...
I know Martin has a lot to do on his race car so you really should take care of that... :D
David G? You don't want to ruin that new paint job do you? Just skip the next event...

That should just about do it.... :beerchug:

Dan,

Relax, I'll be at Laguna that weekend as well. Martin might be there to spank you but you could be #2. :roflmao:
