Agreed.
I really hope you (Bill) will continue to bless us with your track designs when your sentence.....ahh, reign.. as ax chair is completed.
The tracks you have designed manage to fit all the required AX elements into a smooth, fast, sweeping layout that everyone raves about without any of those super tight "U turn into a driveway " sections few are fans of......and that most track layouts seem to feature in abundance.
Quite a feat considering the facility you have to work with (around).
Many thanxx.

Thanks to Bill and his stand in AX chairs. That was a fun track, we got lots of runs and finished early!!!

Dave G.: When I made the joke in the driver's meeting about you wearing the "Way to jump on a winner with the Brawn GP" shirt", I had no idea they came in 1-2 yesterday. I watched it last night and had to laugh out loud remembering back to yesterday morning.

Eric K: I have taken back the TTOD Tour de Qualcomm Yellow Jersey from Dan Andrews. I know I speak for everyone in the club, when I say, "We must never allow this to happen again!!" (BTW, I hope you don't mind, but the jersey is a little stretched now, you may not want it back) :roflmao: I believe Greg Phillips has embarassing pictures he hasn't posted yet.

OT: To everyone that is heading to Coronado on September 24th: Now that most driving events are over with the exception of the POC race at Fontana this weekend, please make some time to have your car pre-teched. We can't stress this enough. Hope you see you there!! :beerchug:

Peter, don't worry the shirt is elastic.

Peter,

No problem!!! I didn't think Dan would take my statement "I'd rather be 2nd TTOD than look like a tennis ball" to the extent he did. To quote my friend Larry the Cable guy "I don't care who are, that's funny". :roflmao:

You can be in on the action when you run 245's front and 275's in the rear, and add about 200lbs.. ...otherwise unless you hit a cone we are toast...

Peter, I know what I'd look like in that shirt. Lucky for me, I'm in a 944 and will never even get close to TTOD. Now back in 1982 that shirt would have looked good on me. And the color would have been in style too! :roflmao:

Sheez, that shirt isn't even close..... and neither were my times,

That was a fun track. I have never been off-track so many times in one session before. There were some really good traps out there - if you didn't think WAYYYY ahead, you could get very surprised in a hurry.
I never felt I completely learned that track - right up to the last timed run I was still trying different things - some that worked, some that didn't. :banghead:

Good course and lots of fun Sunday.
