Trailer rental or storage advice

Any info on an economical place to park it would be great.
I live in Carmel Valley, so the closer the better obviously.
Its a simple flat bet car hauler. 16' bed and 20' total lenght.
Im also open to letting someone use it in exchange for some storage.
