Any word on 2010 Rules?

I know that Mark had mentioned that he was told by Ron that his new car's belts would need replacing before he could Autocross it.

Since the seatbelts were one of the more contentious rules changes for this past year and there was a proposal to change it (again) I would hold off on that for just a bit, Mark.

The rules timeline states that the the Presidents' Vote was to have taken place on November 14, so someone, somewhere knows the truth.

Does anyone know when those rules will be made official? I'm sure there are others interested in whether they all passed muster (or didn't.)

Tom Brown? Dave Gardner? Buehler? Is this thing on?
