Definitely seems like an odd pairing, until you read that Renault bought a 25 percent stake in Lada's parent company, Avtovaz, for $1 billion in 2008.

The sad news on that page is that USF1 will not be making the grid in 2010, and possibly not even 2011 (or ever). I wonder if Peter Windsor will be crawling back to Speed TV to get his commentary job back?
