Drooling over a Carrera

While on the way to my office today I had the distinct pleasure to be alongside a pristine 1972 or 73 Carrera RS. White, ducktail, with black lettering and a red interior. I was on my Triumph Sprint ST so I had a great chance to oogle it in depth and be able to see the interior as well. What a beauty.... 8) If I had the ability one would be in my garrage...in fact I would have signaled him over and tried to get it from him. So...which model "does it" for you?

Actually , that was most likely a replica which can be had for 20-25k in varying degree's of completeness. currently the RSR or GT3 cup or GT3 R are my favorites.

After last weekend, I would have to say the GT3 Cup does it for me.

But then again, my Cayman S does it for me everyday too. :o -- *pinch* Ooooh you're still there!

I took a picture of a car at an autocross in 2004 and didn't realize how cool it was until I saw the picture. I think it's a 993RS Club Sport...

Those replica long-hood RSR's are sweet ... replica or not. I also like the 959's for looks, performance, and unique air cooled/water-cooled-head engineering. Brilliant! The Euro 968 turbo S .... Ooooooh! Give me a moment ........

As for my favorite ride: 1983 911SC"RS" in triple black; custom interior and roll-bar, 3.6L engine with ~250BHP Mmm, mmm, mmmm. Oh wait, that's my car! :roflmao:

If money were no object? :D

For the street, a Carrera GT, a Dauer 962, or that new 918 Spyder hybrid (if they produce it). For the track, a 1973 917-30, preferably #004.
