Going to Pahrump tomorrow a.m. and will be driving a friend's 2950 lb (w/ me in it) 993 w/ V710s this weekend.
Neither of us has experience with these tires.
What's the best hot pressures to run. (especially at Pahrump). I've heard numbers all over the place.
What's your experience? Any input at this late time will be appreciated.
Thanks,
JP

Hey John,
I would start with 32F 34R Hot , then look at the roll over after a session. I use lower pressures but my car is under 2600 with me in it.
Hope this helps,
Dan

With Yokos and my car, we gain close to 10 lbs. from cold to hot.
What you think with the Kumhos? 6 lbs.?

What no killer bee??? whats up with that! just kidding, sounds like the car you'll be driving will be plenty of fun.
I would say 26 Front and 29 Rear, cold temps, very similar to Dan's Hot temps. With open lapping expect 5-7 psi increase.

Have fun! :D

Sounds like you might be in my class, so maybe 10 psi front, 50 psi rear should work nicely

Or, maybe 34 front, 35 rear hot, with cold pressures of about 26.

See you up there!
