Updated information for May 8th DE

I have some updated information as it relates to the DE at Fontana for May 8th.
Because there are no 2 day events going on all weekend at the track (all are 1 day), there will not be overnight security and therefore, no overnight camping. You are allowed to go there the day before (Friday , May 7th after 5 p.m.) and leave your car and trailer in the parking lot nearest our bank of garages (#3 and same place as last year). There is a manufacturer testing on the road course on Friday and I assured track management that we would not get in their way as they packed up and left for the day. Just to clarify, we cannot put the cars in the garage you reserved for the next day. Cars and trailers have to be in the parking lot.
For those that want to go up the night before and stay in a nearby hotel, I've secured a fantastic group rate close to the track!
Our hotel will be the "La Quinta Inn & Suites, Ontario Airport located at 3555 Inland Empire Blvd., Ontario, CA 91764, (909) 476-1112
Ask for the PCASDR group rate of May 7th. We've reserved 15 rooms with a King bed and 15 rooms with two Queen beds. All rooms are only $49 plus tax and includes a free continental breakfast and free WiFi. Remember to ask for the PCASDR group rate to receive this discounted rate.
Due to new rules and regulations set forth by the California Air Resources Board for race fuel, the fuel pumps within the track property will not be open. There are several gas stations just outside the track gates on Cherry Ave. as well as various types food.
For those already signed up for this DE, an "Information Letter" similar to the one distributed by the Time Trial Team and Festival of Speed will be sent out in the next couple of days.
