Course change for May 1-2 TT

Postby Robert on Fri Apr 16, 2010 4:20 pm

At the behest of Spring Mountain Motorsports Ranch, we have agreed to change from the 2.2 mi configuration to the 3.1 mi configuration. Spring Mountain management requested that we use the full track as it's more convenient for their Club Spring Mountain members. We agreed to do so to keep them and their members happy, so we will be running the 3.1 mi track May 1-2. Track configuration for the October Spring Mountain TT is now TBD, so if you want to run the 3.1 mi configuration for sure in 2010, sign up now for the May 1-2 event.

To accommodate this change we have extended the discounted online registration deadline through 11:59 pm Monday April 19. Anyone who has signed up already based upon running the 2.2 mi track and wishes to cancel may do so at no charge. The room block at the Best Western Pahrump Station has been extended to match the early registration deadline. However, rooms are running short. If you want to attend, call the hotel now and then sign up online for the event.

Great to hear... now we can test the new wing at "lower" speeds.
Love this track!

I did my first TT back in 2004 on the shorter circuit. It was the perfect track for making the move from AX to TT. The longer configuration is even better. Don't pass up the opportunity to drive this great track.
