Yeah, I think Bergmeister was fed up with the Vette, and still had a bad taste in his mouth from the Ferrari finish a couple of seasons back at Sebring. I can understand why Bergmeister did what he did. Who knows, maybe Bergmeister was hoping the Vette would back off when he squeezed him. I bet he didn't intend the outcome as it happened .... or maybe he did.
