Hankook Ventus R-S3 225's SOLD OUT

Well folks I have the "official" word on Hankooks 225/45/15 tires verified from 4 different sources including Hankook themselves. There are NONE available and no ETA on more stock. Americia's Tire claimed the end of June or July, but Hankooks says "we don't know when they will be available." If you find a store that has them and you want some you might want to snap them up. As for me, since I can't get them I need to find another 225/something/15. Suggestions welcome.

I guess they underestimated just how popular they would be.

Mark - I used these tires for the first time at the Fontana track - Festival of Speed. Great tire!

I've heard from a PCA+SCCA driver the Dunlop Direzza tire is a favorite. I'm not sure if they make it in the size we need.

Hi Bill,

On the basis of advice and what was available I ordered a set of Toyo R1-R's from C2 Motorsports in SD. Steve Coe was very helpful. They ran $20/tire more.
