REGISTRATION TEAM NEEDED

We need 2-3 club members to step up and take over “day of” registration for events at the “Q” (AX and DE at the Q).

The job duties include setting up in the trailer, registering people the morning of the event, collecting registration fees, charging pre-registered people on Motorsportreg, and reconciling event income. Most of this happens at the Q between 6:45am and 9:00am. Some computer follow-up is required at home. All of the procedures are well-documented. The club asks for a 2 year commitment.

The current team will be on hand to train you and make sure you’re comfortable before turning over the reins. It works especially well if you have 3 people, so when 1 person can’t make it, there’s an alternate who can step in. However, there are multiple people who are usually willing and able to help out if you're short-handed.

Drivers and/or non-drivers, please recruit a couple of friends and sign up for this vital job with the club. It’s a great way to get involved, meet more people in the club, and really help out. If you want to have registration on the day of the event, we need a registration team! We’d like to have you in place by year-end.
