or is the web site (main site, not the forum) slow for everybody?

I thought it was just my computer! It is EXTREMELY slow at times. :banghead:

Yep, there is definitely down time while waiting for it to load.

Yes, I also noticed that http://pcasdr.net is slow. (from home, work, etc.) The forum must be hosted elsewhere as it's fast.

Are we still using that steam powered adding machine hooked up to the semaphore modem for the main server? Maybe it's time we got with the program and started using one 'o them newfangled electric ones :banghead:
Seriously, I can paint pictures faster than they load on the main site.

Incredibly slow. Of course, it may not help that the home page includes 1.4 Megabytes of pictures...
