I can not get Motorsports registraion to work. I can not get past the passwords and have not gotten any response from them in regards to the password problem. Is it really mandatory?

Also, even though our chock full of volunteers club is very efficient, It is best to sign up early to solve theses types of problems before the registration deadline is so close. Motorsports reg is a small company who provides great service, but they are not open 24 hours to fix problems. Thanks!
