Yep. Its that time already. Get those gloves out, bring a smile, a willingness to do a 'lil work, your Porsche...maybe some beverages, and help get the course set! It is a GREAT learning experience and gives you a chance to really know the course before the event. Plus many hands, make light work. :beerchug:

We will start about 3ish but come anytime that you can! Drop a note here and let us know who to expect.

Mark
AX-Whippingboy

PS...this track was designed by me and I do hope you enjoy it. :D Next Month, who knows? Maybe we can get Gordon to put one down? :burnout:

PSS... I Just spoke with Mark Brown, and The Alamo will once again be sponsoring our party.

Ola! Mr. Bray,

Thanks for the phone call, as I had my dates mixed up.
But I did make registration last night with 7 minutes to spare (Dave Polk just wouldn't quit talking) , so we're back on track.
Hate to hear Tuffy won't be making it as I really enjoy the competition when our class is full. My little red beast won't be at it's best as well and will be limping into the "Q" for the last few events, as the repairs it really needs will have to hold off till next season. But, can't let that Bumpus fellow have all the fun.
We'll see you friday for track set-up and thanks again for touching bases.

Get 'er done,
Crash

Holly Crap! Now we're really in trouble!
Jerry Bumpus has new SPINGS!
I hear those are really high-tech and were developed by the NASA engineers for astronaut re-entry! And we all know how fast they are.
But I can't find anything in the rules book that allows anyone to use these special SPINGS!
As you all know, I don't trust this Bumpus fellow much, so if anyone knows the legality in this please speak up. 'Cuz if he keeps dusting me like always, I'm going to have to poison his hamburgers at The Alamo!

spings are 1 consonant lighter than springs, and therefore carry an additoinal 5 modification points.

Forget the springs. I discovered a way to go even faster. Remove the brakes!! The car will be lighter and you'll go faster. Everyone knows that brakes only slow you down. :roflmao:
