Why the price increase?

We pay a lower amount for a guaranteed number of attendees, all those before Jan. 1st --- and a higher amount for all those that sign up after...


Why can't I just come and hang out? I won't eat and I'll buy my own drinks, etc.

OMG this happened again last year. It's totally not fair for all those that actually paid thier share for the room rental, taxes, etc.
Someone actually CRASHED the party- ate gelato- and didn't even notify the Team or offer to pay something.
To top it off... his friend, a paid attendee, totally thought it was ok. No it is not -we are responsible for paying for every person that walks into our party.

But seriously, this will be a fun event for everyone (with great beers).
If you have been active in the AX, PDS, DE or TT series you should especially attend.
