Qualcomm Stadium Driving Dates for Jan-Jun 2012

Here are the TENTATIVE driving dates at the stadium. The Club Board of Directors must vote on and hopefully approve these dates at the January 4 Board meeting.

Sunday, February 5 - West Lot AX
Saturday, March 3 - Southeast Lot AX
Saturday, April 7 - West Lot AX

Saturday, March 17 - West Lot Instructor Day.(Only day in March we could get a
West Lot. If it's felt that having basically 3 driving events in a row in 3 weeks, Sunday,
March 25 - Southeast Lot is still available. This can be discussed at the Board
Meeting.)

Saturday, April 7 - West Lot AX
Sat./Sun., May 5 & 6 - West Lot - Performance Driving School
Saturday, June 9 - West Lot AX

Saturday, June 16 - West Lot Instructor Day or some other event we may want - or no lot use at all.
Discuss at Jan. Board meeting.

Saturday, June 30 - West Lot AX

Summary: 5 Autocrosses, 2 possible Instructor Days, 1 PDS

Just wondering, are we going to have a throw out date this year? According to the rules, it would have to be announced at the beginning of the year.

Martin - throw out date? I don't know. We have plenty of time to decide as there is no Jan. AX.

Mark Bray - Jerry Bumpus - Gordon Carter (2012 AX chair dudes) - I see the latest decision date is the Feb. 1 Board meeting.
