You just use the "Img" tags around the direct link to the image, Greg, instead of pasting the URL to the webpage into your message. Your first message would have looked like this if you did that:

Hit the "quote" button on this message and then on your original one and you will see the difference in the BBCode tagging. It's probably a good idea to make sure the image is no wider than 600 pixels when you embed it, though, as some folks might not see the whole thing, depending on their browser settings and device used to view it.
