Lana and I are so very excited to announce that our beautiful son officially joined our family last Wednesday, March 28th at 6:09 a.m. His name is Kaden and he was 6 pounds 7 ounces. It was an extremely quick labor considering it was out first, from first contraction to first baby breath it was just over 5 hours! Lana pretty much skipped the first stages of labor as the contractions were every 4 minutes starting with the second contraction! It happened so fast I could barely get poor Lana down the stairs and into the car! She was 7 cm by the time we got the hospital. It has been an amazing past few days and our hearts swell with love every time we look at our little Kaden :beerchug:

Lana and baby are doing wonderful.

Congratulations Adam and Lana!! Glad all are doing well.

Yesterday we visited the mother (Riley) of our, hopefully, future puppy. Riley is not pregnant yet but will be mated around May-June. If successful, the litter will arrive in 9 weeks.

That's awesome Adam.
As a father of 3 with over 20 years under my belt I can tell you it is the most work with greatest reward of any job you will ever have.
Oh! and you will go to time trials just so you can sleep through the night! :wink:

Thanks for all the kind words! We had our first doctor appointment today and everything looks great. He has even started gaining weight back!

There are lots of them, but I use http://photobucket.com/. It's free, and you can hover over the thumbnail of the pic in your album there and it will drop a menu down that lets you click on and automatically copy the IMG code URL that this forum uses, then paste it into your message directly. Very simple once you get the hang of it.
