My wife and I had a great time on Saturday's tour. Great roads, great weather, good friends, and a fun lunch. Great event Dan!

Did anyone happen to take any photos?

I took about 100 Photos, but am mainly concentrating on "wrapping up" my Article on this Event for submission sometime tonight (6/18), to Jim Mazzola-Editor of WW for inclusion, most likely for the August Issue (unless there was still room for it in July- at this late date). I will also include about 12 Photos and Photo Captions for inclusion (per availability of space).

Eventually, I will create a CD for PCASDR Club use, where someone else could put Photos on Web site and/or Internet !!

I also had a great time on this Tour!! There were over 100 people at Porsche of S.D. in approximately- 62 Porsche vehicles. Rich Fatuzzo :beerchug:

Thanks, Gordon.

It was a great event, thanks to everyone who helped. The weather was perfect, the roads were in great shape, the food was delicious, the turn-out was fantastic! Everyone drove safely and courteously, and no one was left behind (to the best of my knowledge). Once again the ol' Mexico-driving saying applied: "The slower you go, the faster you'll get there."

Big thanks to Porsche of San Diego for hosting the gathering point. Brenton, the General Sales Manager, was great to work with. They had some coffee and treats, and he opened early so we could get everyone ready. Thanks, Brenton. Also; thanks to Greg Phillips for showing up, taking some pictures, and participating in the day's preparations. Next time, you gotta drive with us, Greg. And thanks once again to Rich Fatuzzo for taking pictures and writing the article for us.

Discussions are underway for a fall run to some place that actually has "fall colors." Stay tuned for more details.

In the mean time, be good, drive alert, be courteous, and remember to drive your Porsche the way it should be driven ... safely. 8)
