Nissan Leaf arrested and jailed in Wyoming

Wait that was Ryan Leaf :banghead:

The Nissan Leaf story is from July's Car and Driver.
They put the Nissan Leaf on the Streets of Willow skidpad and then tried the base tires at 205/55/16 then several different Yokohama tires and then finally BFG R1 tires in the same size.

The Bridgestone Ecopia EP422 low rolling resistance tires were 0.79, then Yokohama Avid Ascend (0.82), S.drive (0.84) Advan Neova AD08 (0.89) Advan A048 (0.89) and finally BFG g-Force R1 (096-0.97) :beerchug:

OK Tom time to bring out the inner Leaf beast at the next Ax with BFG
For those who don't think the tire make much difference, pretty convincing evidence as the Advan A048 and BFG R1 were both R rated DOT tires . :burnout:

Not a chance of my wife allowing that. I got to bring it out once last year for my birthday, on the stock Ecopia tires. That was the end of it's racing days, I'm afraid, according to SWSBO. :(
