Time is getting tight to send us comments.

There are 70+ pages of rules proposals, including a few new ones since I last reminded you;
some of which will really rock your world if passed.

Have your say!!!

OK- I spent an hour last night pouring over these and writing comments. (still not done, but I type really slowly...)
There are a lot of proposals that will affect just about every car that runs competition driving events.
Some enough to move your car a class or two!
Some are very well thought out, and some are completely ridiculous!

Peaked your interest?
Go check them out and see if you scream at your monitor as much as I did?

Then send your comments in to the team
rules@zone8.org

Because if you don’t send in a comment you loose your right to complain when the proposal you hate passes and becomes a rule putting you into that other class with those other guys that are clearly cheating!!!

Enjoy, and be part of the process!

It doesn't matter which class - if they are beating me, they are clearly cheating! :wink:

Does National use our current classification system?

No, the only PCA National autocross classification system is for the Parade competition, and it is contained in the PCRs, which you can access here once you log on to your PCA.org account: http://www.pca.org/Regions/FormsDocuments.aspx.

There are similarities to our rules, mostly pertaining to the SS class, but from there, the PCRs provide for Production, Improved or Modified class progressions, like our old rules, and not CC class progressions, like our current rules, which came from GGR and Zone 7. Each Zone is allowed to create their own ruleset for AX competition, National does not dictate it, like for Club Racing.
