Does any one have an onboard video with "sound" of a previous CFoS event that I could download? I am also interested in approx. speeds in/out of turn 1, 2, 3 ... and any advice for the banking.

It will be my first time on a track with a banking and walls around it

Martin,
I've got a DVD I made from 2 years ago at CFoS that you can borrow if you want. It has great video but only so-so sound quaility. Two years ago we still the chicane on the banked front straight but you will still get a good idea. Email me and I can arrange to meet up and give you the disk.

Martin, very cool graphics. Not sure what kind of car he is driving but the lap time was not that great

At any rate, Skip made a nice video with some naration over a few laps for the first Festival of Speed. I uploaded it to my business site but it is about 180MB in size. It is worth downloading but only if you have a fast connection.

here it is, enjoy!

Just a little side note. There is always a pre-tech section on the SDR Tech page that lists tech stations and "Track video" for all our upcoming away events.

http://www.pcasdr.org/tech/index.html

I am using the videos listed here on that page as well so nothing new for anyone reading this, but for future reference.

BTW- Thanks to Kary for hosting the CSOF video, great learning tool for newbies.
