The present weather reports still looks good for Saturday

But having fun in the rain is a good experience.

Oh boy, that was fun! My first AX in the rain before the track dried out nicely for the later sessions.
19 laps!! Are you kidding me?? It was AWESOME and the track SO GOOD!
Thanks for setting it up!
Cheers, Alex

Superb Course! Tons of Laps -with an first session bonus of getting to slip slide in the wet. That long left sweeper on the far top right portion of the lot was one of the best uses I've seen. Great way to end the season. Cheers to all that made it happen. Unofficially, a TTOD congrats to JB in his Boxster Spyder posting a 112.18.

Thanks to everyone who came out, it was great to see such a crowd. A special thank you to those helpful folks who jumped in as Jerry and I worked to finish setting the track in the rain. You know who you are, and you all ROCK!

Carl, I think your fingers were slipping with that time ;-) JB in his Boxster Spyder posting a 112.18. But I am curious to know what everyone threw down. Pop your times and classes up so we can enjoy.

1:02.18 CC11 was my time in the Boxster Spyder.
The course had some great turns with camber in your favor.
The morning's wet setup was fun too, on street tires there was zero grip.
For afternoon, I had switched to the Nitto NT-01's

Just checking to see if JB was alert. ah huh, sure. Yes, it was a 1:02.18 for JB not a 112.18
Nice driving Gary, Mark and Adam too- (who posted in the 1:03's). I had one 1:03.1 best lap, but averaged mid 1:03's. For me, its CC07 (currently:) but, I have a tough time staying in any one class - always trying different mods or cars...

I am certain that in evenly matched cars, I would have no chance against Carl!
So please Carl, no mods into CC11 ?!

Mike Avitt also was slowed down by street rubber vs what he ran on 11/24.
I heard Mike mention that he was considering turning off traction control in that monster he was driving!
Woah that would have been a wild ride!

Thanks Greg for the great pictures, as usual.

I was hoping to drive in the wet but the track dried before my first session :banghead:

Great event. I have never seen 19 laps at an ax!

I only drove 2 laps, in an SS8 cab, but the best I did was a 1:05. :surr:

Fun track for sure. I split after my corner working stint (thanks Steve McKay for taking over so I didn't have to do a double stint, my wife says thanks too!) so I only got 12 laps in. My best was a 1.02.95 in a CC8 but I was on NT-01 fronts and RS-3 street rears :surr: Not sure where that put me in the ranks but if I had a few more laps maybe I could have gotten closer to JB.
