bobbrand wrote:Martin can't win. I think he has to get used to his car going 140mph first, plus he has an autocross setup, so to him I say to beat my times from last year when I had a similar setup. I was in the mid 1:16's in practice, and 1:17.02 timed runs. Bernie and Mike D were trading times with me back and forth all weekend. I ended up finishing between them in timed runs, so let's make sure we beat the two boxster S's squarely this time.
I'm expecting to take a couple of seconds off with Hoosiers, and I predict that Jad's going to have to break the top 10 to get second place in KP.
If it rains, I take it all back.

As for the Hoosiers. I promise it will be the last set I buy.
Besides, they are not supposed to be that fast anymore since they got rid of the old RS303's.
And as for the spirit of KP, I don't want to hear about it with 4x275 tires and stripped out car, and no point LSD, lexan, plastic fender, whatever. I still will have less rubber than you. With such a huge advantage, you should feel terrible if you don't win by at least three seconds.
