Has the possibility of rain silenced the smack talkers? Come on folks, we need some fun here prior to departing for the track later this week!

Ok, I start it off, I am really going to beat the Mind Over Motorsports car this weekend, Oh, sorry, they won't be there

Or, Hey Jad, row row row your boat, watch out for turn 3 brake zone

Come on folks let's have some fun!

Why, am I going to have to brake early if I am behind you to avoid driving up your tailpipe :P

It will be interesting to see how Martin does on a real track! David, too afraid to show up at all??? I am doubting KP will be TTOD, but should be a good battle. AM class better stick with the parking lot AX if they don't want to be embarrassed.

Martin can't win. I think he has to get used to his car going 140mph first, plus he has an autocross setup, so to him I say to beat my times from last year when I had a similar setup. I was in the mid 1:16's in practice, and 1:17.02 timed runs. Bernie and Mike D were trading times with me back and forth all weekend. I ended up finishing between them in timed runs, so let's make sure we beat the two boxster S's squarely this time.

I'm expecting to take a couple of seconds off with Hoosiers, and I predict that Jad's going to have to break the top 10 to get second place in KP.

If it rains, I take it all back.

Bob, if you are running 1:16's att he speedway then you are the man!!! Didn't you mean 1:56's, that is 116 seconds not 1:16 ?

Whoops.
I meant 116's, not 1:16's :)
I was misreading the DB.

Interesting stuff, I have no idea what is going to happen other than we are going to have 3 days of fun racing.

List of excuses (no wing, new tires, car is still to heavy, slow cars in front of me, no turbo ....)

I wonder if David is going to drive his RSA :?:

Bob, Was the 117.02 on Kumho's or Toyo's?

It was on 255 Victoracers.
I don't think there is a huge difference between the Victoracers and Toyos (if the Toyos are shaved). Unshaved Toyos are much slower.

Hoosiers?????????

That is not in the spirit of KP....Does your wife know about this?

Hoosier's would be nice. Lucky me, my wife doesn't know what I spend on my car. Acctually I have to correct this, as long as I am happy she doesn't care what I spend.

I wonder if the topless crew will shave my toyo's at the track? (this just doesn't sound right  )

I may just stick to the Kumhos, I know how these tire wear and feel.

Wasn't there a chigane last year?

If it rains, unshaved Toyos will be the hot ticket.

As for the Hoosiers. I promise it will be the last set I buy.
Besides, they are not supposed to be that fast anymore since they got rid of the old RS303's.

And as for the spirit of KP, I don't want to hear about it with 4x275 tires and stripped out car, and no point LSD, lexan, plastic fender, whatever. I still will have less rubber than you. With such a huge advantage, you should feel terrible if you don't win by at least three seconds.

I was thinking 2 seconds min, 3 would make me quite happy. :D

There you have it.
Jad is giving 2 seconds to the entire KP class.
Where can we place the bets?

You guys are screwed with Jad's car and his turbo. jad you are taking candy from a baby here, why do you lead these poor guys on like that

Turbo, Yea, yea, thats what I thought until last years CFOS when on got on Bob's tail with a great launch onto the oval only to watch him quickly disappearing into the distance as we went down the front straight  A 250 hp turbo should keep up, but then I learn Bob's 250 hp RSA has more like 280! I figured with 250 lbs out, I would have a sporting chance, but now he goes and buys Hoosiers and Martin is complaining his car weighs too much, what is this world coming to? They both have more power and less weight than me, so I am really going to work to steal the candy from those babies :P

Kary, throw some Toyo or Victorracers on and play with us in KP. Then I will show you some late braking
