2016 Panamera Hybrid help please!

Just picked up new-to-me 2016 Panamera S e-Hybrid.
So far - love the car and the drive.
BUT
I need help with battery charging. I've done a ton of research, but lots of conflicting information.
I cannot get charging to continue past the first minute. The yellow icon goes on, then turns off.
Ideally - I'd love to get together with a fellow member to do a bit of a show and tell.
I'm happy to come to you - or meet you at a Starbucks or a place to get an adult beverage. My treat!!
I live in Escondido....but happy to drive anywhere.....
