Unofficial casual Sat. drive from RSF Cars&Coffee?

I've been going to Rancho Santa Fe Cars & Coffee pretty much every Saturday. Getting there at 8am, walking around for a bit, then going for a drive at around 8:30 while the traffic is still light.
I wonder if anyone from North County has a similar Saturday morning routine and would want to come along for a drive, perhaps it would be more fun than driving alone.
I usually go in NE direction from there for 50-200mi roundtrip (Highland Valley Rd, Palomar Rd, Montezuma Valley Rd are my favorites).
I think for starters we can try short and sweet Highland Valley Rd (50mi, 1hr roundtrip) and go back where we started, or can decide on the spot.
Note that this is completely unofficial and very casual. I am posting it on a short notice on purpose in hopes to get at most 1-2 cars for the first drive (and would be secretly relieved if nobody shows up probably haha).
There will be no stopping, no socializing, no hand holding, just driving. We basically are starting driving at the same time in the same direction, that's where all the organization ends. After that just use your common sense and behave how you normally would on a road. There will be no head count at the end, we don't have to drive in a tight formation, feel free to drive at your own pace and back out at any time.
