HELP - Need One Toyo 255-40/17 for Tomorrow

I found a screw in one of my tires when I was rotating my tires today. Discount says the sidewall is toast inside.
If anyone has an extra.... I need it for tomorrow's AX!
UPDATE: They fixed it after all. Amazing what gets done when a woman cries!
