I may camp at the track - more for logistics simplicity than saving
money. I need to discuss with my family tonight...

A word to the wise if you are going to Laguna Seca. Bring mufflers, lots of them. 92db @50. 92.1 and they will black flag you. If you don't have an exhaust that is close to stock you won't make it.

Hey Jimbo,
So do you think my stock 993 3.6 with Supertraps and 12 plates will do it? I'd hate to make the trip and get disqualified. I am signed up --staying at the Way Station, you?

I'm @ the casa munras garden hotel...never stayed there. I ran my 993 there w/ fabspeed exh and was fine. I'm planning on going to the Q the w/e before...asking the powers that be for a sound check just so I have a ball park figure on where the motor stands. Talk to Jae on John S...they'll have some options I'm sure. I'll see if I can get some cubano's...I owe ya a couple

I'll be flying from Spokane to San Jose and renting a car, unless you'd like to pick me up

I'm planning to go. Staying at Casa Dougherty at the track. I have my complete stock exhaust in the trailer just in case.

Muy bueno. How are the Margaritas at Casa Dougherty?
