Message from Todd below. As you know TQ is a first class event. If you have the weekend free, consider this:

With only a bit over a week left, the Willow Springs event on Labor Day weekend (Sat. and Sun., Sept. 3 and 4) is ridiculously empty, with less than 20 cars total on Saturday and less than 15 cars total on Sunday. No matter how many people sign up between now and then, the event will still be tiny, which means I will go to my multiple run group format right after lunch on Saturday, for the rest of the event. This in turn means that you can get 9+ hours of high quality, low-traffic track time over the course of both days. Further, the long-range weather forecast couldn't be much better for Willow Springs in early September, with highs only in the low 90's.

As always, you can sign up for one or both days on the TracQuest web site. If you have any questions, please feel free to call me at the TracQuest number, (310) 798-2004, or on my cell, (310) 200-5928.

I hope you can make it. This is as close as you'll ever get with an organized DE group to a totally open track day!

Lunch is provided each day and is more fancy than a dried up burger.

Oh, lunch is provided. I'll give you market price for steak and lobster at about $45.00....

It does appear they have a no frills package at $445...a bargain.
no frills = no lunch.

Well in the interest in fun......they also have some very good instructors who are essentially paid for their time. You ever try using an instructor :P

Oops, I'm sorry Kary, but that is a minor infraction for joke piggybacking. Minus -1, or would you like to take a Mulligan?

Yes, for golf I certainly do. I always hit that freaking windmill blade when it spins down in front of the cup. :D
