January 10th is a popular date. We can't make it as we are patching our own road with our neighbors and that evening is the Installation dinner....

I'm trying to set up a time with Michael (from the other car club) who did the repairs himself to look at them, see how they are holding up, how much did he get done in the 2 hours he did it, how much would we want to do, make a cost estimate for concrete if we do it ourselves, etc.

I'll let you all know what I find out.

Sean is getting me the repair company info. I'll then contact them. January 10 may be too soon to get a "scope of work". a bid and the various board approvals to hire/pay them, stadium clearances for them, etc. I'll follow this option up as who knows, Jan. 10 may rain and we'll end up doing the repairs later.
