Carlsbad Cars and Coffee-Cbad Cars-Changed to Last Saturday

Due to a large number of member requests the Board has changed the Carlsbad Cars and Coffee event to
THE LAST SATURDAY OF EVERY MONTH.
So beginning in September, the event will take place on Saturday September 29th (not the 22nd)
However, that being said, as noted on the PCASDR Calendar, this event takes place EVERY Saturday from 7am to 9am
at the Carlsbad Company Stores

This event is attended by car enthusiasts with all makes and models of cars. So if you had planned to attend on the 22nd there will still be an event taking place!
Sorry for any confusion, but going forward the PCASDR calendar will post this event on the Last Saturday of every month.

To all those PCA-SDR Members that are interested in attending this Event, and to all those Porsche Owners that have regularly come to the CBAD Cars weekly every Sat. from 7:00a.m. to 9:00a.m., I was able to let Ruby's Restaurant know that we may have a number of people from the Club who will be interested in eating breakfast there. They have a backroom that can seat about 36-40 people, so I tentatively reserved that room from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00a.m (since I am a regular at the Restaurant and at the CBAD Event there is no problem for them if we have more or alot less).

In general, Cars for the CBAD Events start showing up around 7:00a.m. We park in the southernmost area of the Carlsbad Outlet Store Parking Lot closer to the Flower Fields area lot. Look for other Porsche owners.

For those that just might want Coffee- the Starbucks there is open at 5:30a.m.
Other Food and Coffee choices are: Subway- opens at 7:00a.m. and Rubios- opens at 10:00a.m.

I believe that Hoehn Porsche (Sean Conner, usually shows up) and possibly people from Porsche of San Diego will also be coming.

So, hope to see alot of Porsche Owners there- especially Porsche members from N. County. Rich Fatuzzo

Great Porsche Owners turn-out this morning for CBAD Cars and Coffee- over 35 Porsche Cars with 20 Porsche Owners joining us at Ruby's for Breakfast, including Sean Conner, Sales Manager of Hoehn Porsche, with his daughter, Savannah. Some other PCASDR members just went to Starbucks or Subway and we had a few Porsche Owners come down from Orange County and one couple even from L.A. in a 2010 Cayenne S.

We had a whole section of the parking lot just for Porsches!!

Altogether, there were about 100 CBAD Cars about 40-60 mix of American and Euro at this Event, so if you missed it, try to attend next month's get-together.
