I have checked with the management and they are able to use DVD's to put up our videos. Not sure about other media yet.
If you can get it onto DVD it would be best but we will see what else when we are there.

we need some captions....another reason for a full face helmet...

It looks like we will be able to use other media besides the DVD. Bring your flash drives, CD's, DVD's, etc. and we will try and get it up on the screen.
And don't forget Willow Springs or earlier venues!
