Hot Lap Timer

Could someone tell me the if the in car Hot Lap timer used by some at the SDR AX events is the Longacre Hot Lap Track Timing model 21701 ?

Not sure of the specific model number but the one I use is a Longacre.
About 4 years old and works great.
