Festival of Speed

Best Porsche event of the year in SoCal without a doubt!! "Thank You" to all the volunteers and everyone involved. Martin Lipp- not sure how you got 10 000 folks there on Saturday but it sure was a scene to be remembered.
We had a blast and will be back next year.
...and Andrew and I got a hug from Jackie C.- priceless :D

A very fun weekend with good friends. Still struggling with unexpected breakdowns in the Boxster Bros paddock though. A thorough round of bulletproofing is overdue. :banghead:

Anyone get picks of the impromptu garage band Fri?

I have been to CFOS for 12 years, most of them as a driver. This time I was a volunteer. I don't know if it was a different perspective, but I actually had a blast as an observer. Never thought I'd say that. Amazing crowd, best year by far. (btw, you haven't lived until you've been hugged by the Enz men....!) :rockon: Congrats to the usual crowd who shouldered this event. You outdid yourselves. :beerchug:

Many of you may have heard about about the Cayman that caused a crash in the Blue Race Group during our practice starts.

For those who did not see it on Jim Duncan's computer, here it is:

There was another shunt between two good friends of mine in that same "Fun" race.
What a poopy mess! Sure glad I decided to sit that session out! :surr:

I have many videos showing good examples of friendly "Coexistence" in the corners.
One from the 2014 Festival Enduro is located here (it's the 2nd one down);

I too had fun, even though just as a spectator on Saturday.

Whoever brought the food trucks to the track is a GENIUS!!!!!
