Question- Car ID from old 60's photo

Postby mvz944turbo on Thu Jun 05, 2014 6:28 pm

We recently stopped at Milton's Deli in Del Mar for breakfast and they done a bit of remodelling on the walls in put up new photographs. Most of them are food to get one to order more, but next to our table was a very large rendition of a black and white photo take at PCH back in the early 60's I think. The same photo was was on the back of the AAA magazine awhile back. I noticed on the AAA photo there is a early 60's Cabrio but on the photo in Miltons you can see the license plate number of the car. I thought it might be kind of neat if someone had the resources or knowledge to see if they could find out who owned, or may still own the car. If the car is still around the owner might like a copy of the photo. I should imagine a copy of the photo is available. license plate is UCB908. Cannot tell for sure but the car appears to be silver and looks like California plates. Anyone have any ideas on this?

I saw it on the AAA magazine and also wondered who owned the car back in the day
