100% legit.
BUT:
Rules are intended to create a reasonably fair playing field. No rule set is without loopholes if you want to spend countless hours researching your possibilities.
Porsche has made an art of this.
I have even built a loophole car or two over the years.![]()
it is a lot more satisfying than spending your way to the winners circle.
