Agree with the general sentiment of the thread.

SS class allows for this comparative placement against other non-modified for any number of reasons. First and foremost its a fun, educational, and safe place to push your warranty, lease, new, old, or car towards its limits irrespect of the skill level maintaining a degree of competitive capability for drivers to rank themselves against similar hardware. This in and of itself gives that sense of accomplishment and improvement.

Having them come in last time and time again will only cause attrition of the casual over time and lapse in club event attendance and memberships. They will seek excitement elsewhere which would stagnate the growth of the organization in favor the growth of another which provides a superior ranking platform. Seems like bad business to save a few rows in an excel spreadsheet to me :shock:
