I'm not doing prereg anymore, but the policy used to be we would send out an email with the run group schedule two days prior to the event. This was done to discourage people from making special requests as it messes up the balance of people in groups, students, instructor pairings etc. In fact, back a few years, the run group schedule was only displayed after walk up registration closed.

For the last AX in January, the run group info was emailed to registered participants just 2-3 days before the event.

Run group schedule is available at:

http://ax.pcasdr.net

You may also sign up for text notifications, including practice and timed run lap times (if all goes well), while at this site. If you signed up for notifications by entering your mobile number and carrier when you registered for the event on MotorsportReg.com, you are already all set. Track map will be posted on the above site as well once received.
