That may be a lesson for ....err....someone.
The "lessons" are reflected in the standings.

I find it interesting that the same posters who are moaning about low HP cars in this thread were the exact same posters who were attempting to convince us that the 944 is the best car ever just a few threads ago.
I suppose F. Porsche could have complained about his low HP 356. But he didn't an beat a lot of higher HP cars by learning how to drive it better. Guess that lesson has been lost through the ages.

I actually prefer straights that appear to be turns, Like the slalom between star mazda and sunset at BW and riverside, and turn 8 (WSIR)
Now that's fun!

If you want to make the front straight, and turns 1 & 2 at Fontana more fun, try running on the bumper of another spec car or in a 3 car train. Then time your pass when you get sucked up in their draft. When you've worked it all the way around through turn 2 and you're side by side going into 3 see who brakes latest. This should peak your interest again.

And Jad if you think removing 8 & 9 at willow makes the track boring you need to ride with someone who knows the track well, Cort Wagner comes to mind. How fast are you going into 1? If its boring you're not going fast enough...

* What's that age old quote? Something like... "If you win it's your car, if I win it's the driver!"
* Compared to a 944 I have a high HP car. Compared to a GT3 I have a low HP car. Compared to a 1948 356 you have more than enough HP. It's all relative Danno.
if you don't think I have to drive my car like you drive yours just take a quick look at where I am in POC. It would be like you in your 944 competing against me in MP. Come find me some time and we'll talk about how my "high hp car" stacks up against cars IN MY CLASS.
* If you are not going fast enough in T1 ant T2 and CS you did not do the 16-21 combo correctly. Try it again.
For an entire weekend the best I could get in T1 and T2 was 135-140. Try as I might to do better that was it. Come onto the front straight put the pedal down. Turn in at the optimal point, suck it up, and that's it. Less than a month later, with no changes to the car I was doing 150-155. How is this possible?
