I have a used one that works as I checked it out today. Has the receiver, Timer, and telephone wire that works between them. Does not include transmitter.
$100 takes it.

Transponder vs Hot lap

The HotLap will work at the TT to give you immediate access to your lap times, but you will still need to rent a transponder for official timing and computer printouts of your lap times.

One other point....the cable is NOT a phone cable. It looks like it, but is different and a phone cable will not work. 
You can get the right cable in 7 and 10 foot lengths.
