Steve: Thanks for your support. I talked to Bobby Danelski of AMCI and he is emailing me contracts and insurance requirements. We are getting our Q line-up scheduled this week and should be able to pick a fall date for an El Toro DE by the end of June. Racers, it's looking like it's gonna happen!

OK. I'm getting some details. The track is $2,500 per day. There are two strips 1.1 miles long running east/west and two strips 1.7 miles long running north/south. Assorted connectors allow for some interesting layouts. Look at it on Google Earth, go to tools, and you can measure path distance and do your own track design. Several dates are open this fall. Dan Chambers and I are going to look at it on Sunday, which is an OCR AX day. We'll keep you posted.

Mike, I should know soon on noise restrictions. Steve Eguina will be at the AX on Saturday and I'll ask him. El Toro isn't close to anything that should make a difference, except for the other particiapnts. I'll let you know what I find out.
