WE don't have another Autocross until Nov. 10th?

I would advise you to check out the other regions. Some of us drove up to the OC region ax at El Torro yesterday and had a blast.

Granted its an early morning and a late night but there is allot of fun in between. Check it out

Nearly correct. The next autocross is October 13 in the west lot. There are three more autocrosses, Oct 13, November 10, and December 15, all in west, with the December date likely being a non-points event.

So why not come out to the next Time Trial at the end of September??? Take one lap at a time and pretend you are at an autocross or do several and get that good old rhythm going. Forget about following that forest of cones-just follow the road (track).

Kris, I agree, that is a long time away.

Seems like we had one in September...

For anyone going through AX withdrawal symptoms (brrr... :( ), Orange Coast has an AX on September 17th (Monday) up at Streets of Willow (http://www.pcaocr.org/index.php?option=com_events&task=view_detail&agid=76&year=2007&month=09&day=17&Itemid=3).

Also, Grand Prix Region does a
"Day Away From Work" AX at SOW on October 8th (http://gpx.pca.org/calendar.htm).

If you haven't done one of these, they are a blast - an AX on a real road track with lots of elevation and camber changes at some pretty good speeds (can you say triple-digits?). :D
